Multi-model AI that does real work — drafts, reasons, runs your operations — entirely on a commodity laptop. No GPU, no subscription, no data leaving your device. Built for the people the datacenter wave priced out — and we run our whole company on it.
On-premise AI that takes real initiative, inside limits you define.
A multi-agent intelligence platform for defence research and high-assurance environments — autonomous where it counts, human-in-the-loop where it matters.
A multi-persona AI that orchestrates many specialist models across 259 knowledge domains on commodity, CPU-only hardware — retrieval-grounded, latency-engineered.
A sovereign AI workspace that builds, remembers and reasons on your Mac — a brain, layered memory and 205 grounded skills — it reads your state, thinks in the background and grows, all on-device.
Every system is retrieval-grounded: it answers from the full English Wikipedia and three more language editions — Hindi, Bengali and Swahili — plus nearly 1,500 curated reference books, all held on your own hardware and retrieved at answer time, with zero internet.
Your own mail server. Your own AI. Your own domain.
ENVOY runs the mail; Chancery drafts the replies — both on your own hardware, never handed to Google or Microsoft. It already runs the email behind this very site.

A de-googled Chromium we compiled and signed ourselves, with a self-built agent that acts inside it — navigating, reading, doing tasks — driven by your own Neuron AI on your hardware, no cloud in the loop. A reeve acts on your authority: the agent acts, you stay sovereign. It’s the browser we use to run Collab-Foundry.

View FORGE on GitHubA multi-node cluster spanning edge devices, local compute and a hardened public gateway — linked over a private mesh, running open models end-to-end. K3s under the hood; one command to stand it up, no Kubernetes expertise required.
Aegis and Neuron AI run on this cluster; Cipher operates it from Apple Silicon. Aegis self-elects node roles and keeps running if any node drops; Cipher ferries heavy work across the fleet and manages k3s over the mesh; Neuron AI drives Kubernetes directly.
Collab-Foundry runs on its own sovereign AI. The systems on this page aren’t a showroom — they operate the company every day, on our own hardware.
Neuron AI fields a workforce of 69 sovereign local models — organised across eight departments and deployed on demand, each its own persona, all on our own hardware.
Vitruvius is being built to design real houses for 3D-printed construction — the foundation of a home that makes its own power and water and keeps going off-grid. Alongside it, Ark — the off-grid layer that keeps a node alive when the network is gone. Behind both, a roadmap of offline-first apps for regulated sectors, on the same stack.
Firmitas · Utilitas · Venustas — strength, function, beauty.
An AI being built to design real, structurally-valid houses and 3D-print them — the foundation of something bigger: a home that makes its own power and water, runs its own on-device brain, and keeps going when the grid, the network or the rain doesn’t. The parts already exist — solar, storage, water-from-air, mesh, on-device AI; Vitruvius is the intelligence being built to connect them into one house that keeps going off-grid. Structurally validated and sovereign — the design-and-validation core is what we’re building first.

The layer that keeps a node alive when the grid, the internet and GPS are gone — celestial navigation, an encrypted mesh with signed commands, offline knowledge and a one-seed keyring. The positioning, signed mesh and keyring already work in software and are tested; the radios and edge hardware are on the way.
See what Ark is — and what’s already realCollab-Foundry is an independent Australian technology company building ethical, sovereign, humanity-first AI. Everything we make runs on your own hardware — your data, your models, your keys — nothing handed to a cloud that can change its terms, raise its price, or read your work.
We build controlled, autonomous AI systems: Aegis AI for defence-research and high-assurance environments, Neuron AI across 259 knowledge domains, Cipher on Apple Silicon, a sovereign email suite, and Vitruvius — physical AI that designs real, self-sufficient houses for 3D-printed construction. All of it runs end-to-end on our own FORGE cluster. Nothing here is a demo: it is real, or it is honestly marked as in build.
The name is the method. A foundry forges raw capability into something durable; the collab is what keeps it human — we build the systems, then open them to the architects, clinicians, engineers and builders who bring the truth of their field. Sovereign technology, forged together, for more people than the cloud was ever built to serve.

I build sovereign AI systems end-to-end — multi-model orchestration, on-device inference, retrieval-augmented generation, and the latency and memory engineering that keeps it stable on real hardware, because I have built the whole stack myself.
That depth sits on more than six years in enterprise IT and business-systems analysis. Collab-Foundry is where I bring it together to build ethical, sovereign, humanity-first technology.
I’m pursuing a funded PhD in efficient, on-device AI, and I’m open to research and senior engineering roles. LinkedIn · GitHub
