A multi-node cluster spanning edge devices, local compute and a hardened public gateway — linked over a private mesh, running open models end-to-end. K3s under the hood; one command to stand it up, no Kubernetes expertise required.

Aegis and Neuron AI run on this cluster; Cipher operates it from Apple Silicon. Aegis self-elects node roles and keeps running if any node drops; Cipher ferries heavy work across the fleet and manages k3s over the mesh; Neuron AI drives Kubernetes directly.

I build sovereign AI systems end-to-end — multi-model orchestration, on-device inference, retrieval-augmented generation, and the latency and memory engineering that keeps it stable on real hardware, because I have built the whole stack myself.

That depth sits on more than six years in enterprise IT and business-systems analysis. Collab-Foundry is where I bring it together to build ethical, sovereign, humanity-first technology.
