A multi-node cluster spanning edge devices, local compute and a hardened public gateway — linked over a private mesh, running open models end-to-end. K3s under the hood; one command to stand it up, no Kubernetes expertise required.

Aegis, Neuron AI and Cipher all run on this cluster — and operate it. Aegis self-elects node roles and keeps running if any node drops; Cipher ferries heavy work to sibling machines and manages the k3s fleet; Neuron AI drives Kubernetes directly.

We build controlled, autonomous AI systems: Aegis AI for defence and high-assurance environments, Neuron AI across 259 knowledge domains, Cipher on Apple Silicon, a sovereign email suite, and Vitruvius — which designs real buildings for 3D-printed construction. All of it runs end-to-end on our own FORGE cluster. Nothing here is a demo: it is real, or it is honestly marked as in build.

The name is the method. A foundry forges raw capability into something durable; the collab is what keeps it human — we build the systems, then open them to the architects, clinicians, engineers and builders who bring the truth of their field.
